Through highly precise and fast waterjet cutting, laser cutting, and milling services, we adapt to various materials and the specific needs of our clients. We have two CNC 3-axis water jet cutting machines, a CNC 3-axis milling machine, and a CNC laser cutter available.
The CNC water jet cutter focuses a high-pressure water jet on an area of approximately 0.04 mm², allowing the cutting of even the hardest materials. When cutting hard materials, sand is added to the water to act as an abrasive, aiding the cutting process.
This cutting method is used for components made from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, steel, PA6, plastics, rubber, gasket materials, rubberized cork, textolite, vitroplast, pertinax, and more.
The laser is focused light that, if strong enough and appropriately stabilized, can be used for cutting materials. We use the laser for cutting acrylic sheets (plexiglass), PVC boards (foamlux), PET films, and similar materials. If required, we also offer screen printing, engraving, and the production and application of labels on products.
