Klingerite | Flexible at High Temperatures and Resistant to Vibrations and Mechanical Stress
Klingerite is a high-quality sealing material made from a combination of organic and mineral fibers bonded with special rubber. Its most important feature is its flexibility at high temperatures and its adaptability to changes in the materials it comes into contact with, as well as to vibrations and other mechanical stresses. Klingerite is easy to process, cut, and glue, and gaskets made from klingerite have a long service life. Due to these characteristics, klingerite is one of the most widely used sealing and insulating materials. Considering the price-to-longevity ratio of klingerite gaskets, it is a very cost-effective solution.

- Thicknesses: 0.5 – 4 mm / thickness tolerances: 0.1 mm for 0.5–0.8 mm sheets, and +/-10% for others

Asbestos-free sealing sheet made of organic fibers bonded with NBR binder. Suitable for industrial applications at lower to medium temperatures and pressures.
TG/F (AF-152)
Asbestos-free sealing sheet made of organic fibers bonded with NBR binder. Used in industry for lower to medium temperatures and pressures.
TG/S (AF 300 B)
High-quality asbestos-free sealing sheet containing a mixture of mineral and reinforced fibers with special nitrile rubber binder. Suitable for sealing hot and cold water, steam, oils, and gases. Available with wire mesh reinforcement.
TG/P (AF-OIL)
Asbestos-free sealing sheet made from a mix of thermally resistant fibers and nitrile binder. Features excellent tensile strength under elevated temperatures and pressures. Suitable for sealing oil, fuels, lubricants, alcohols, gases, hydrocarbons, steam, water, coolants, and most diluted acids and alkalis. Available with wire mesh reinforcement.
TG/C (AF-F)
Reinforced, asbestos-free sealing sheet made from carbon fibers bonded with high-quality nitrile rubber. Especially suitable for use in alkaline conditions with good resistance to steam. Offers excellent tensile strength and is suitable for applications involving oil, fuels, and coolants.
TG/M (AF-300 B2 GZS)
Asbestos-free sealing sheet made of a blend of mineral and aramid fibers bonded with special NBR binder. Used for sealing hot and cold water, oil, coolants, fuels, steam, and gas. Reinforced with wire mesh and graphite-coated on both sides.
