Fireproof boards (BA boards) For High Temperatures
Fireproof boards (BA boards) are a substitute for asbestos boards according to DIN 8752. They are made from special fibers including aluminum, calcium silicate, and a negligible percentage of organic materials. They are completely safe for human health and, in case of fire, they do not burn or emit toxic gases. These fire-resistant insulation boards are thermally stable materials with very low thermal conductivity. Depending on their composition, they withstand temperatures ranging from 850 to 1100 °C, while ceramic fiber-based boards can endure up to 1500 °C.

Applications:
