STATIC SEALING

The base of sealing braids for static sealing is made of glass or a combination of glass and ceramic.

Delivery: All types are available with graphite impregnation; rectangular braiding is available upon request
Dimensions: 2–60 mm
Temperature range: 500 – 1100 °C
Applications: Sealing of doors on industrial furnaces, boilers, pipes, low-pressure dry sealing, metallurgy, coke plants, and the glass industry

DYNAMIC SEALING

Braids for dynamic sealing are used in the paper industry, food industry, chemical and petrochemical industries, refineries, power plants, thermal power plants, etc.

How to choose the right braid?
To correctly select the appropriate sealing braid, you need to answer the following questions:

  • Type of application for the sealing braid (e.g., type of valve being sealed)
  • Type and concentration of the transported medium
  • Maximum temperature and pressure
  • Shaft rotation speed
  • Other specific conditions

Offer:

Glass, cotton, acrylic, Teflon, and graphite braids in square or round cross-section. Depending on the application, they can be impregnated with silicone, Teflon, paraffin or other oils, and graphite. Some types come with wire reinforcement and corrosion protection.
