Our production infrastructure allows for fast realization and delivery of comprehensive solutions according to specific customer needs. We manufacture different rubber elements by crosslinking the rubber mixture with classic and injection molding. The most common types of products we manufacture using these technologies are:
- roller rings
- seals
- rubber bumpers
- O-rings
- coupling inserts
- chicken pluckers
- rubber balls for cleaning vibrating screens
The basic types of rubber used for product manufacturing are EPDM, NBR, NR, CR, SILICONE, and VITON. If necessary, combinations of the listed mixtures with SBR rubber are possible.
How to order a product?
We manufacture products according to your drawing or sample. Along with the drawing or sample, it is necessary to provide information about the type and quality of material, rubber hardness, and exposure of the product to certain media during operation, as well as a sketch that complements certain deformations on the sample. If you do not have a technical drawing, it is desirable to attach an unused sample because it is usually not possible to determine all dimensions that the customer expects from old and worn out samples accurately. Attach technical drawings in CAD format (e.g. dwg, dxf). If you do not have a computer file of the drawing but only a hand-drawn sketch, it will be made in our technical preparation.
