MAGNUM THERMO

Very light and flexible high-quality PVC hose with a smooth inner surface and a fire-resistant outer layer (according to UL 94 regulation). Resistant to chemical agents. Non-flammable according to DIN 4120 regulation. Reinforced between two layers of fabric with a galvanized steel “accordion” spiral.

• Diameters: from Ø 40 to 356 mm.
• Application: air conditioning and ventilation devices, smoke and dust extraction.
• Operating temperature range: -15°C to +120°C

MAGNUM AIR P, MAGNUM AIR L

Very light and flexible PVC-coated hose with smooth inner surface reinforced with a spiral resistant to impacts and pressure. Resistant to weather conditions and most chemical agents. Self-extinguishing according to UL 94 regulation (class Vo).

• Diameters: from Ø 16 to 300 mm
• Application: Smoke, dust, factory fibers, shavings, and sawdust extraction/ventilation. Bending radius equal to the hose’s inner diameter.
• Operating temperature range: -15°C to +60°C

MAGNUM PU – RAME

Very flexible polyurethane hose with a smooth inner surface, reinforced with a galvanized steel spiral resistant to crushing. It has excellent mechanical properties, five times more resistant than ordinary PVC to abrasion, salt and fresh water, most solutions, pure mineral oils, unleaded gasoline, and harsh weather conditions.

• Diameters: from Ø 40 to 600 mm
• Application: Smoke, shavings, and highly abrasive materials extraction. Excellent for chemical vapor extraction. Resistant to UV rays, static electricity discharge through copper spiral, self-extinguishing according to UL 94 class V2 regulation.
• Operating temperature range: -40°C to +90°C
• Note: Available also with galvanized steel spiral and versions for medium-heavy and light working conditions.

CRISTALLO 2003

Transparent, extremely flexible PVC hose reinforced with high-strength polyester fibers. Resistant to acids and pressure. Available in a non-toxic version according to Italian standards DM 21/3/73 and EEC directive 90/128 and subsequent amendments.

• Diameters: from Ø 4 to 50 mm
• Application: Chemical plants, automatic cleaning systems, pneumatic machines, measuring instruments, transfer of acids, salts, and alkalis, compressed air flow, food industry, etc.
• Operating temperature range: -10°C to +50°C

MAGNUM RTA – WINE

Suction-discharge, flexible PVC hose with smooth inner surface and PVC spiral resistant to impacts and crushing. Resistant to weather and most chemical agents. Non-toxic according to Italian standards DM 21/3/73 and EEC directive 90/128 and subsequent amendments.

• Diameters: from Ø 16 to 200 mm
• Application: Particularly suitable for transporting wine, cider, grape residues after pressing, alcoholic beverages up to 28% alcohol, and in the food industry for non-fat liquids.
• Operating temperature range: -15°C to +60°C

MAGNUM METAL

Hard but very flexible PVC hose with smooth inner and outer surfaces, reinforced with galvanized steel spiral resistant to impacts and crushing. Non-toxic according to Italian standards DM 21/3/73 and EEC directive 90/128 and subsequent amendments.

• Diameters: from Ø 10 to 50 mm
• Application: Transport of liquids in agriculture, construction, and processing industry.
• Operating temperature range: -15°C to +65°C

MAGNUM AIR PVC/PU

Flexible PVC/PU hose with smooth interior, reinforced with an impact-resistant spiral. Resistant to most chemical agents, good mechanical characteristics.

• Application: Suction and feeding of organic materials in industry and agriculture.
• Operating temperature range: -20°C to +80°C
