Fleksible PVC pipes and hoses

Flexible PVC and polyurethane-based pipes meet high quality and safety standards such as UL 94 standards, Italian standards DM 21/3/73 and EEC directives 90/128 and their amendments.
Available pipes for transporting various media such as water, air, chemicals, gasoline, oil, smoke, dust and shavings. Depending on their application, certain pipes are resistant to abrasion, acids and chemicals, pressure, impact and crushing. Pipes come reinforced with an extremely strong polyester fiber coating, galvanized steel spiral or PVC spiral reinforcement.
PVC flexible hoses are used in gardening, agriculture, construction industry, chemical industry, food industry, shipbuilding, and similar industries.

Flexible PVC hose reinforced with a coating of strong polyester fibers. Non-toxic in accordance with Italian standards DM 21/3/73 and EEC directive 90/128 and its supplements.

Pipes for smoke, dust, and shavings
MAGNUM THERMO
Very light and flexible high-quality PVC pipe with a smooth inner surface and a fire-resistant outer layer (according to UL 94 regulation). Resistant to chemical agents. Non-flammable according to DIN 4120 regulation. Reinforced between two layers of cloth with a galvanized steel “accordion” spiral.
Diameters: from 40-356 mm.
Application: Air conditioning and ventilation systems, smoke and dust exhaust.
Temperature range of use: -15°C to +120°C.
MAGNUM AIR P, MAGNUM AIR L
Very lightweight and flexible PVC-coated hose with smooth inner surface reinforced with impact and pressure-resistant spiral. Resistant to weather conditions and the action of most chemical agents. Self-extinguishing according to UL 94 standard (class Vo).
Diameters: from 16-300 mm
Application: Push/ventilation of smoke, dust, factory fibers, shavings, and sawdust. The bending radius is equal to the inner diameter of the hose.
Temperature range of use: -15°C to +60°C.
MAGNUM PU – RAME
Very flexible polyurethane hose with a smooth interior surface, reinforced with a galvanized steel spiral resistant to crushing. It has excellent mechanical properties, five times more resistant to abrasion, saltwater, regular water, most solvents, clean mineral oils, unleaded gasoline, and harsh weather conditions than regular PVC.
Diameters: from 40-600 mm
Application: Smoke extraction, swarf and highly abrasive materials. Excellent for extracting chemical vapors. Resistant to UV rays, static electricity discharge with the help of a copper spiral, and self-extinguishing according to UL 94 Class V2 regulation.
Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C
Note: Also available with a galvanized steel spiral, as well as versions for medium-heavy and light-duty applications.
Industrial pvc pipes
CRISTALLO 2003
Transparent, extremely flexible PVC hose reinforced with high-strength polyester fibers. Resistant to acids and pressure. Available in a non-toxic version according to Italian standards DM 21/3/73 and EEC Directive 90/128 and subsequent amendments.
Diameters: from 4-50 mm
Application: Chemical plants, automatic cleaning systems, pneumatic machines, measuring instruments, transfer of acids, salts and alkalis, compressed air flow, food industry, etc.
Temperature range: -10°C to +50°C.
MAGNUM RTA – VINO
Suction-discharge, flexible PVC pipe with smooth inner surface and PVC spiral resistant to impacts and crushing. Resistant to weather conditions and most chemical agents. Non-toxic according to Italian standards DM 21/3/73 and EEC directive 90/128 and subsequent amendments.
Diameters: from 16-200 mm
Application: Particularly suitable for transporting wine, cider, grape residues after pressing, alcoholic beverages up to 28% alcohol, and in the food industry for non-fat liquids.
Temperature range: -15°C to +60°C.
MAGNUM METAL
A hard but very flexible PVC pipe with smooth inner and outer surface, reinforced with galvanized steel spiral resistant to impact and crushing. Non-toxic according to Italian standards DM 21/3/73 and EEC directive 90/128 and subsequent amendments.
Diameters: from 10-50 mm
Application: Transport of liquids in agriculture, construction and processing industry.
Temperature range: -15°C to +65°C
Upon request: Antistatic Magnum Metal-R version with steel wire coated with copper for grounding.
MAGNUM AIR PVC/PU
Flexible PVC/PU hose with smooth interior surface, reinforced with impact-resistant spiral. Resistant to most chemical agents, with good mechanical characteristics.
Diameters: from 25-300 mm
Application: Suction and delivery of organic materials in industry and agriculture.
Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C
Note: Version with copper wire for grounding available.
