Project Overview
TEHNOGUMA d.o.o. signed a Grant Agreement with the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts for the implementation of the project titled “Optimization of Business Processes at TEHNOGUMA d.o.o.”, reference number KK.03.2.1.19.0851. The project involves investment in the improvement and optimization of business processes within five company departments: production, marketing, management, procurement, and logistics. Thanks to the new ICT equipment, the company will increase sales revenue, retain current jobs, and enable the hiring of new employees.
Project Objectives
The specific objective (purpose) of the project is to:
“Improve the operations of Tehnoguma through investment in information and communication technology aimed at optimizing business processes for more efficient employee performance and increased customer satisfaction with the services and products offered by the company on both domestic and foreign markets.”
This aligns with the general objective of the Call for Proposals:
“Strengthening market position, increasing competitiveness and business efficiency of SMEs through the application of information and communication technology, and supporting the development of the information society in the Republic of Croatia.”

Expected Results Upon Project Completion:
- Increase in sales revenue by 20%
- Improvement of 5 business processes through the implementation of new ICT equipment
- Retention of existing jobs and employment of at least 5 new employees
Total project value: HRK 403,216.59
Eligible costs: HRK 322,973.27
EU co-financing (HRK, %): HRK 209,932.62 (65%)
Project implementation period: July 2020 – January 2022
