We are looking for a new team member for the position of Mechanical Engineer in Production Technical Preparation (m/f).
The person we are looking for will work on the technical preparation and creation of drawings for the production of rubber products.

Qualifications
- University degree – mechanical engineering
- Advantage: experience working as a sales engineer or tool designer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar or identical positions in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of technological processes related to rubber and plastic materials, including working with specialized machines and tools (presses, molds, extruders, CNC machines, etc.)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production technology for rubber products
- Familiarity with relevant ISO standards and other quality norms in rubber product manufacturing
- Knowledge of rubber types (natural rubber, synthetic rubbers) and their specific characteristics
- Active monitoring of new technologies in the rubber industry and participation in training and workshops related to process improvement
- Experience in creating CNC programs (SolidCAM and Fusion 360)
- Proficiency in CAD programs or other design tools (SolidWorks, DraftSight, Fusion 360)
- Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily tasks and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems or specialized manufacturing software (preferably Wand)
- Knowledge of mechanical properties of materials (rubber, metal, various plastics) and surface quality after processing
- Ability to solve technical problems and optimize production processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly convey technical information
