Technical rubber
Technical rubber in rolls and panels
Technical Smooth rubber
The technical gum is a very adaptable industrial material that is easy to cut, bend and shape. Depending on the composition, the technical tyre is characterized by water resistance, weather influences, temperature and ozone. It is also resistant to weak acids, solvents, solvent and mineral oils, as well as oil and oil derivations.
In the offer of technotyres you can find technical tire of different characteristics and classification. The smooth technical rubber is sold in the form of rolls or panels.
Note: In addition to these types, we can supply other quality materials on the offered basis according to the request.
Dimensions of Roll: 1200 × 10 000 mm for thickness 1-6 mm 1400 × 5000 mm for thickness 8-50 mm
Dimensions: 1000 × 1000 mm for thickness 10-60 mm
Choosing a certain type of tyre depends on:
- Place of Use
- Medium to which the tyre will be exposed
- Temperature
- Purpose and expected ages of wear and abrasive
Basic characteristics of tyre types from our offer:
Sbr
SBR (Styrene-butadiene) is a synthetic rubber resistant to water, salt and weak acids, and is characterized by resistance to abrasion and aging of materials. Due to the higher amount of Styen butadiene it belongs to the fortress tyre and is less elastic. It is immune to weather conditions, oil and fuel.
Nr
Natural Rubber (Polyisoprene) is characterized by above average tensile strength and elastness (up to 500%), which is why it is resistant to abrasion, hot and cold water, ammonia, ethylene glycol, diluted acids and arachine. It’s not oil-resistant and organic oil. Its resistance to high temperatures and ozone is limited.
Nbr
NBR (Nitrile-butadiene) rubber is resistant to mineral oils, fats, liquid fuels and aromatic solvents, vegetable oils and diluted acids and lye.
Epdm
EPDM Rubber (Ethylene propylene diene monomers) is characterized by good resistance to ozone, ageing, chemical solution, acid, and steam vapor. It is resistant to UV radiation and extreme temperatures up to 130 °c.
CR (Neoprene)
CR Tyre (Polychloroprene) also known as neoprene gum has a good mechanical strength and resistance to water and aging. It is characterized by high resistance to ozone and weather conditions. It is moderately resistant to oil and fuel. Its specificity is its properties of grip on various surfaces.
VMQ (Silicone)
The silicone rubber (vinyl methyl silicone) is extremely resistant to chemical influences, aging and extreme temperatures. It is usually applied in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.
IIR (Butil)
IIR Tyre (Isobutylene-isoprene) has excellent resistance to oxidation, ozone and weathering. It can withstand long-term exposure to high temperatures and shows stability in both diluted acids and solaries. It does not leak gas and water which makes it ideal when making the inner tube layer.
