Basic Conveyor Rollers

The base roller construction is the starting point for making all other rollers. They are manufactured as wearers or return, and are recommended for strips up to 1400 mm in width.

The bed housing is designed with a deep-drawn, steel-coated technology in the cold state. The casings are welded to the mantle of the roller and centered on the axis. The shaft of the roller, made of steel, is processed to satisfy the ISO H7 tolerance field.

In order to better protect the bearings, as an upgraded roller sealing system, technology company offers a double-sealing solution. The casing is fitted with elements that provide for the longer life of the roller. The most important components of the sealing system are the Labyrinth seal filled with lithium grease and tin and polymer plugs. The primary function of the CAP is to prevent harsh impurities from mechanically damaging the labyrinth seal.

All rollers are produced in our catalogue dimensions, but according to the customer’s request we can produce rollers of other dimensions and forms of acceptance.
